WELCOME TO MY BLOG.

I've always had an interest in gardens and in the natural world. I soon realized that these were more than just flowers to me, but people, places, pictures, history, thoughts...
Starting from a detail seen during one of my visits, unexpected worlds come out, sometimes turned to the past, others to the future.

Travel in a Garden invites you to discover them.

Floating Garden, Regent's Park, London.

Floating gardens gently sway on the water of the Lake at Queen Mary's Garden in Regent's Park, London.

Round shapes with different sizes close to each other, but each with its own pattern and color, and, sometimes, flowers and herbs.

Unusual forms to draw attention on the endangered and neglected life in urban ponds and rivers created for the Chelsea Fringe in London by Linaria, an Italian based non-profit organization.

Among its latest projects: Frutta Urbana [Urban Fruit] to map, harvest and distribute fruit that grows in town parks and gardens and Frutteto a Metropoliz [Orchard in Metropoliz] to create a small orchard with ancient varieties of fruit trees in Metropoliz (Rome).

Still few days to see this installation before the famous collection of roses in the Queen Mary's Garden takes over.
